Pam has been involved with Salisbury Orthodontics since 2013 when she and her husband, Matt, bought the practice. The practice has expanded a bit since then and we now have a truly fantastic team of people.
My role as a director is incredibly diverse. I am involved in a number of different areas of the business which certainly keeps it interesting.
I really love seeing the transformation that patients go through during their treatment, for some it can completely change their outward persona and boost their confidence tenfold. Some patients come to us at the start of treatment and tell us that they never smile, because they are too ashamed of their teeth. They go from that to constantly giving “mega watt” smiles when they finish their time with us.
Matt and I have two very lively working cocker spaniels. I love taking them for long walks in the countryside. I also enjoy cycling with friends, travelling and of course, there’s nothing better than a quiet weekend at home with my husband and three gorgeous children.
